Long, Marmero & Mayer was founded in 2003 and is generally regarded as South Jersey’s premier land use expert. Although the firm specializes in all areas of land development including residential, commercial and redevelopment.  Long, Marmero & Mayer, LLP employs seven attorneys who specialize in real estate and contract law along with commercial litigation.

Based in Woodbury since 2003, the firm was previously located at 75 Cooper Street but recently moved to 44 Euclid Street in Woodbury.

The three story Victorian structure which includes roman columns, a fire place, over-sized client friendly offices and hard wood floors is located on Woodbury’s “Lawyers Row.”
